It was written by John Link (remember SuperPatch? :) ) and I was given a copy to test--worked fairly well tho you only got plain helvetica as your only choice of font. I also remember that you had to boot up from disk rather than GS/OS for the driver to work. I seem to remember that the appletalk driver that he used was part of the ProDOS 16 release.
He decided not to release it IIRC, and I can't find where I put my copy. (Tho even if I could, since Dr. Link didn't want it released, I wouldn't be able to pass it on to anyone.)
