If you still know how to contact him, you could always ask him. The question would certainly be more meaningful if it came from a past tester than if it came from somebody out of the blue. :) Another thing I recalled seeing was a PostScript file which you could dump to your printer, and it would allow your printer to emulate an ImageWriter II. So if your LaserWriter is a serial/LocalTalk version you could always go that route. (IIRC, WordPerfect for the IIgs did that.)
