True, you can boot any partition if you know how. On the RamFast you can press 1-9 at startup to select the partition. Other SCSI cards may have other methods, I don't know about them. You can also change it automatically with the RamFAST utilitiles so it boots the partition you want at powerup every time without pressing any keys.
