OK -
making NO fallback in any case seems very important to me, the HBCI
Backend should ever provide all the two "Datums". User's will expect
identical (maybe two different) two dates on all aqbanking-Frontends AND
the real, just printed "kontoauszug" from their bank. If one date is
just a copy from the other this would be :'( .
Different dates could help the Users asume that aqbanking internal has
only one date, and is not 100% exact.

The idea I use is to fallback to ValutaDate (which is guaranteed to be there
at least with HBCI) if Date is not available.

I implemented it like this in my local sandbox, you can check with the next
release whether it fixes your problem.
