You'll not get to ":END" and the things after unless you use "call
arachne.bat" But perhaps this was the idea? (call uses a few bytes as well
in conventional memory)

I've been thinking about this, the lines that aren't used are they actually
needed to be in arachne.cfg? For instance at university I use Arachne with
BOOTP/DHCP so all the settings for com port etc. is never used.
