I too have the problem of old versions of Web pages coming up, especially weather reports linked from http://iwin.nws.noaa.gov/iwin/textversion/main.html To avoid having to press the R(efresh) key every time, only way I have seen so far is F8 to kill the cache, which I sooner or later have to do anyway when I get a huge pile of garbage in CACHE directory. But I would like to be able to Get New, which would download from the http or ftp server, ignoring the cache. Arachne is not smart enough to know weather reports become outdated several times a day. DOS Lynx386 does not have a CACHE directory comparable to Arachne, but writes TCP/IP debug info to a file which can become huge, unless I direct to NUL.
