I have never deleted or "cleaned up" my history list. I know for a fact
it simply does not stay around forever -- if it did, I could find stuff
about where I was a couple of days ago. <G> I just went and checked my
old history.lst, in 1.5s.r.c. with hundreds of days of heavy usage,
searches, etc ... and it is only about 15K total size. IOW, everything
I've ever done in that version is *not* in the history list.

There are two rules to remember:

   1. Don't sweat the small stuff.
   2. Everything is small stuff.
