Once in a while, but very rarely, I have experienced some of the problems
you have described here and in your other recent posts on the subject.
None of the problems I've had along these lines produced any symtoms of
memory related problems however. They never had anything to do with
whether I was online or offline. I always find that the cause of the
problem has something to do with the formattting of the original ".CNM"
file, as received. I suggest that you examine the message with a text
editor. You will probably find improperly formatted headers, or very long
lines requiring you to scroll right for several screen widths. I'll bet
the problem is in the message, and not in Arachne.
