Hi all!!!
Well i downloaded the ms-dos version of djpeg (32-bit
version 6b (i'm not sure)) to replace the djpeg
16-bit version (that will lockup my 386 pc when
exeute it) and it works just fine... alone.
The problem is that the new version requires the next
mime line in mime.cfg (or something like)
type... JPG>BMP$edjpeg -bmp -colors 256 $1
-OUTFILE $2
(the -outfile is the new addition in order to work
with arachne)
You can say:What's wrong??? well, the only wrong
thing that happen is that when i modify the mime.cfg
with any editor i have (e.com, edit.com, edit.exe)
and run arachne aagain, arachne will not reognize
anything, in fact, arachne says: save or...
unviewable file... even with txt files (HTML will not
be recognized) so...
Can someone tell me WHY??????????
