mail problem

Hello all,

I have just put my in-laws back online after a lot of ISP problems.  They
use Arachne.  Sending mail we can't get the OUTBOX and we get the message:

"cannot create index file MAIIL\$IDX$tbs.IDX"

What can be wrong?
