Assuming the above is simply misstyped, the most likely problem is a lack
of "Set TEMP=drv:\path\TEMP in your autoexec, followed by said directory
not existing, followed by incompletely specified path in Arachne.cfg for
your mail subdirectory.
Usually these problems are more likely to show up when receiving mail tho.
