Yes. You should rather remove BACKGROUND attribute completely, or disable
it like changing it to !BACKGROUND= or _BACKGROUND=...

Errr.... I think it may be because I disabled some overlays to improve
speed...

I think this is because of your modified HTML code... files from
unmodified package should be ok.

No, this is ok. You have to use some old version of the pages - try new
versions, from 1.60 package, please. (at least because these screens have
changed a lot - layout, colors...)
