This is typical behavior for Bobcat/Lynx. When returning to
a a site indicated in your history file, you must take care to
click on the uppermost notation marking your most recent visit
to that site. That will get it. That will solve the problem.
The problem seems peculiar to Bobcat/Lynx. Net-Tamer and Arachne
do not have this kind of problem.
