This site loaded and worked ok for me with Arachne 1.6b1. No problems
that I could see. I got both frames and the animation and could load
either frame fully and go back and forward on them. No lock ups.

Free is a good thing. It provides access to people on limited budgets
and can promote a sense of community.

There are two kinds of free. (at least) The older type is run by
local volunteers as a public service. The newer type is run for profit
and paid for by advertising as a business venture.
