I had to use Netscape 4.08 to get registered. Now, having done that,
I seem to spend a lot of time not being able to connect. Sometimes
Freewwweb has room for you, sometimes not. I'm using all kinds of
dialers and scripts, etc. Arachne does connect ok, when they let you.
