It isn't that easy. In mime.cfg we specify what the output should be like
and there's no way I can fix that by changing in djpeg. Only way would be
to add a GIF2BMP program inside djpeg32.exe (or one that can be called by
djpeg32.exe) but now we are talking bloatware again. Still that would only
fix GIFs sent as JPEGs not the other way around (changes in core.exe
required for that). (Not to mention .png and other formats a user might add
him/herself.
