How can I *force* Arachne to generate a virtual page?
With virtual set in options, almost all pages are rendered as virtual.
I need this if I am going to save pages as BMP files, and for certain
things I *must* have this ability.
But at least one page I ran into today is *not* rendered as virtual
page. I tried everything I can think of, and no luck. :<
It's not as big as some other pages I've converted to bmp today, so I
don't know *why* I can't get the virt page I need.
HELP!
