Neil, it all looks ok except the normal IRQ for COM3 is 4.

That aside, the only else I could suggest is that you might have to use the
comports fix program. EPPPD and miniterm both take the port info from Arachne
.cfg but EPPPD sometimes has problems with that info if there is a "hole" in
the bios list of available ports.
