Hmmm, is this correct? Doesn't EPPPD get config info from PPPDRC.CFG. If
not, what is PPPDRC.CFG for? It seems to me that only miniterm reads
ARACHNE.CFG. At least that is what is says on the screen for me, and what
I understood from the DOSPPPD documentation.
