Yes, since even attempting spreading a virus with mIRC is a bad idea since
this will be noticed by the users (on both ends) rather fast. For instance
the virus "godset" that a friend of mine had is unknown by the antivirus
companys - and that specific type of some other virus (that the antivirus
companys do know about) spread itself via mIRC. mIRC by default doesn't
accept DCC transfers, so the error comes from the user (or in this case the
person who installed mIRC for the user).

They have a book in the bookshop at uni. entitled "Programming Microsoft
Outlook", I wonder why anyone would try and program it for any other reason
than spreading a virus?
