Right, who do I sue?  ;-)

Glad for you if you prefer Mpxplay.zip -- it must know something
about me (a Dozer, of the antiquated variety), as for several files
(MP3 and WAV) all it will do is "blow a raspberry" (buzzing/rasping
sound).

I'd still like to know if there's a means to convert WAVs to current
issue MP3s using DOS or Win3.1x software.  I'm in the vanguard
of UK users with flat-rate access, but don't anticipate getting hooked
on MP3-hunting, and so the simple interface of WinPlay3 is fine.
