I tried with clean cache, no images, and every time at the 10,000 mark
in the page download [78%??] my system is frozen tighter than the south
pole.

It bombed me too, with Arachne 1.62, normal settings with images. Being in
OS/2 Warp 4 VDM, it quickly blew out the VDM but didn't crash the system.
