No one has said much about smartdrive recently, but I reported LONG ago
that it was a disaster waiting to happen. I've lost TWO complete systems
on separate boxes with different OSs due solely to Smartdrive.

The fact that you only have a problewm with Arachne may or may not mean
Smartdrive beats the rap this time.
