A changes-only .zip file upgrade would be useful and a big time saver for
Arachne users upgrading from one version to the next. A full-package .zip would
also be good, then the user could edit ARACHNE.CFG with a text editor or copy
from a previous version. I don't like those installation "wizards".
Now I am behind on the APMs and don't know which ones have been updated since my
last download, January to May 1999. Having to reinstall for every new Arachne
release has caused me to slip. I suppose I could download using DOS Lynx386 to
a separate directory, maybe \ASAVE\APM, and then from Arachne browse to that
directory offline. Then I wouldn't have to redownload the same APMs for every
new release of Arachne.
