I think it should be best to just write COMx, leave out the IRQ number. At
least that is what I read in the dospppd documentation.

BTW, Michael, my PCI modem works fine with Miniterm/Arachne 1.64. This
modem is set on IOPORT D800, IRQ 10 by the BIOS, and all I have to do is
insert these numbers in PPP setup. I have PNP Operating system set to "No"
in the BIOS.

PS, if you are going to change anything...look at also writing the IP
numbers of _two_ nameservers into PPPDRC.CFG instead of just one.
