No, IRQ and BASE will allow the user of epppd (be it the end user or
Arachne) to set things as he/she/it wants to. Never write COMx (although
this won't make it work with more modems but it would make it possible to
trim epppd 0.7 (Arachne version) down even more.

I agree Michael, EPPPD uses the nameserver information for BOOTP replies
(atleast according to the source). You can specify two if you want to but
this will not fix the problems with WatTCP not working (I'm not using epppd
on this machine and can only use the first DNS).
I think I'll try and swap the DNSes, the first one seems to be so slow with
this new ISP.
