Fair gripe.
Same situation here. To download a 1.5 Mb floppy means I must have 3 Mb
available. Sometimes that's just not possible. I would much prefer a DIRECT
download to the SAVE location.
Michael says the filename is not known at start.
This seems unusual, but what the heck - fake it and rename it.
