... which would mean aborting download, prompting for target location, and
starting all over again. I dont have memory for storing temporary
downloaded data before user chooses for final localtion....
But ok, for unknown MIME types, location may be download directory instead
of cache, and user will only edit filename when download is finished....

You will start getting filenames like DOWNLOAD\9823423423.TMP - I dont
kwno if you will be happy about it...
