As far as I know, you need authenticated SMTP to send mail through Telebot's
SMTP server, and you would have to make sure your sending program contacts
Telebot's SMTP server and not your ISP's server.  But I don't think your SMTP 
server plays any role when you send by WWW-based email.  I believe it is a case
of submitting a form.  But last night I thought I was submitting a Web-based 
form, subscribing to a newsletter, and it apparently went through a mailto 
route.  That was an unusual case.  I got a CC to myself, not elegant for human
readability but presumably elegant for readability by the server.
