OK, here it is, appended below.  If you want to modify this to use
with your own setup, then you should of course delete my comment lines.
I have not yet tested this configuration for FTP or Telnet.  I have used
it so far only for web-browsing, SMTP, and POP3.

Note that it says that it is ARACHNE.CFG for version 1.4+.  I use this
config file for version 1.65.  As I upgraded I continued to keep my same
old ARACHNE.CFG files.  I have stopped doing Arachne upgrades from scratch
