Hello:

I didn't experience this problem.  On one of the DialFree web pages, the
one that deals with access numbers, there is a note saying that if you
use an access number listed on that page, then you should call a certain
number to activate your account.  I found an access number from the web
page and I didn't call the special number to have my account activated.
Maybe this activation procedure applies only to some of the access numbers
listed.  Don't know.
