I use DOSMAX - not so good perhaps (?) but it's free.
How much upper memory do you have? I can't fit so much in my 191K bytes
since I've got SmartDrive using 123K bytes (for maximal performance).

I get 89+ and then I'm loading the packet driver (for the NIC) high so
DOSMAX isn't that bad... (OS is MS-DOS 6.2) For anyone interested DOSMAX
can be downloaded from your local SimTel.Net mirror (dosmax21.zip)

Thanks, J. J. Young was faster but didn't compress the file as good as you
did (21 bytes bigger <g>). However in the ongoing size chase using RAR
would get it down with ca 1 KB ;-)

Wanna do it again? I can't get it (Cubic) to continue to the next song in
the list, I did manage to do it while still inside the player (remove from
list after play = on or something like that) but no go if I've shelled out.
So I'll need to buy 128MB RAM just to listen to 1 hour of MP3s if I put
them all in one file... Using a M3U doesn't help either... I think I should
use another computer then instead (lets say my P166 that doesn't do much
useful at all). And I don't seem to find how to do this in the docs ("grep
-i [word to search for] *.htm" is RTFM isn't it?)
I would like to say INRTFM (I Never...) (for simple things) but it isn't
true anymore (Linux) :( ISTRFM = I Seldom... is true however, you are a
IARTFM (I Always...) aren't you Glenn?
