I am using Norton commander for this in two ways.
1st:
Make an image of the diskette to HD and then copy to new diskette.
2nd:
Connect two computers with their COM-ports.
One is the master, the other one the slave.
One comp. is a Toshiba lap-top with 720k drive and this one writes with
its own drive all that comes in via the COM-port to the 720-floppy.

Another trick: insert a real 720k floppy into a diskdrive.
Format
now the format details are read by the computer
after formatting the PC asks: Format another Y/N?
Answer YES.
Now the format of the real 720k floppy is used to format the next one
and the next and the next. (Tape off the hole in the floppy)
