Sorry if this just clogs the list cause no one knows anything about touch
screens but I'm very anxious to get this going and it _seems_ to be an
Arachne issue...
Per my earlier post - Does anyone have ideas as to how I can get my
touchscreen going with Arachne? I'm attempting to use an ELOtouch sceen
with no mouse attached to the system. At present I have the touch screen
demo SW working correctly but Arachne totally ignores input from the
touchpanel.
After more experimentation it seems that clicks (or touches) _are_ read by
Arachne. IOW if the cursor is positioned over a link then touching the
screen anywhere processes that link, but the cursor will not move to the
location of the touching finger as it should. It actuall will not move at
all without a mouse except using the tab key which doesn't even work within
framesets.
I'm trying to resolve this with the screen vendor but they think it is
Arachne because their demo SW works fine.
