Help! validator.w3.org probs

Hi guys,

I'm trying to validate my test page with W3C's validator,
but keep getting silly errors like this:

     * Line 21, column 70:
  ... click?cid=0002524b90d2922600000000&area=COMPUTERS&site=va&sh ...
                                         ^
       Error: general entity "area" not defined and no default entity

No matter what I tried, the validator keep validating inside
some link's URL.  What I'm done wrong?  Perhaps any HTML gurus
here could help...  Oh, the page URL is survpc.virtualave.net
