The same error also happened to the LE banner, SWhois link,
and LISTSERV links. I can change them for sure... If only
I could figure out what should be changed... :(

AFAIK the only thing that uses semicolon is webring code? The
rest of the sripts always using ampersand, which is quite a
standard. So, is the validator itself buggy? ;-)

Sure. Eventually all of the yellow parts are dinamically
generated. Still working on the scripts now.
