No personal experience, but it is well known that Star
Office is a resource hog. Most people say you need a
minimum of 64meg RAM to get reasonable performance.
16meg RAM isn't even enough to get good performance
from KDE or Gnome. But don't despair. If you avoid
the bloat, you can get good GUI performance with your
P75. For example, right now I'm using a 486 with
16meg RAM and it's running X + icewm + Netscape 3.04
very nicely.
