Yes, at the time I did not know how to specify the drive(s) in the
syntax that Linux understands. Somebody posted the command to see
your system resources and get the proper syntax from that listing,
which I did. Steven's BasLinux distro is set up for root login. I am
enjoying it very much. It is nice to not worry about messing up your
HD since everything is running on the RAMdisk. I did manage to save
my pppsetup permanently so I don't need to edit those files each
time. I also went to the library saturday and got one of those
"Idiots" Linux guides and it has a CDROM with Caldera's OpenLinux 1.3
and Star Office 4. Is OpenLinux 1.3 still a desireable system or
should I opt for something more recent? Same question for Star Office
4?
