Looking at your headers in your post, it seems that you left a blank
space between the comma and the second recipient.
e.g. [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED]
This will send only to the first named. :(
Try: [EMAIL PROTECTED],[EMAIL PROTECTED]
