It doesn't do it with svgastat core either, and that's
in 256 color mode.

Initially yes, Arachne only. But later I found out that
she is too perfect in table handling. Most "rules" in
my HTML 3.2 ebooks are rendered as expected, but needs
some tweaking to looks the same in MSIE and Netscape.
