Yes, but in the "RCPT TO" lines only.  If it shown anywhere
below the "DATA" command, then it would be visible to *all*
recipients as well.

Actually, this is optional in WinPmail.  You could choose
to hide the BCC line or not.  Default is hidden.  Most other
mailer does not have this option, though.  BCC is always
hidden all the time.

I told you! ;-)  Probably that's why there's no BCC input
line (yet) in InSight composer?
