It is? Well I can't help if I fix something and Michael doesn't add it to
the release version. I'll add it once more for 1.70 then.

It stops yes, IMHO there should be an option in arachne.cfg to never start
that counter, but it would be good if some other users thought so as well
so that if I do make such a change it "sticka" ;-)
