Meta-Refresh Yes/No would be a nice option. ;-)

While we're on this subject.
Has anyone else had this happen?

Visit a page with Meta-refresh, press back button...... previous page
reloads from the web instead of from the cache directory.
(only happens if the refresh counter is still running when you go back)

 If the ESC key is first pressed and the counter is stopped.
Going back to the previous page reloads it from the cache.
