I don't believe that these access numbers belong to any of the
"free" ISP's. They are leased by them. My freewweb number was
a uunet.ca number, and I'm pretty sure that they're still in
business.
I wasn't able to signup at Ifree/Onfree, but they list two access
numbers in my area, one of which is the same popsite.net number
that I use for 1nol. This is the number that just started working
again for me today, after being inaccesible for most of the week.
