I found the same concerning dial-in numbers. All
the free access ISPs I have used use the same list of
dial-in numbers. I have used Freewwweb, Juno, 1NOL,
and it seems I forgot the other names.

I found two local numbers at

One of these numbers was the same number I used for Freewwweb. I still haven't
been able to sign up for infree/onfree, and I am in one of 1NOL's big
geographical gaps. So 1NOL does not use all dial-in numbers that Freewwweb
used.
