Hey, I just looked at my file WATTCP.CFG.  The first line says in a
remarked-out statement: "# To be used with KLOS PPP-"

I do know that not all DOS internet applications use WATTCP.CFG.
Does Arachne use WATTCP.CFG if you are using Arachne's default
dialer instead of KLOS PPP?
