I have just given them another serve, and attached a copy of your
edited page Glenn. The point is well made, but I am starting to suspect
that egos are involved here, so I don't know if it will get to the suits
that make the real decisions.
FWIW: As a measure of the internet-awareness of this pack of turkeys,
the notice of meeting/agenda link downloads the notice (you're not gonna
believe this) as a 166 kb .GIF file.
Unfortunately, they are the only automobile club that offers
road-side assistance in my state. Their mechanical and other services
are actually very good, and I have been helped out of a hole (so to
speak) a few times over the years, so I'm not even considering dropping my
membership. But that was due to the coal-face troops out on the road.
It is the bean counters and desk polishers that whistle when they
turn their ears to the wind. :)
