Right. But there is no reason to just sit and take it.

Why don't you see if http://www.planetfeedback.com does you any good ? 

Feel free to be more polite than me - but actually I think the content
of a complaint letter is rather irrelevant. They ignore you either way.
They remember you a few seconds more my way.:/

The only thing that makes any difference is the volume of traffic, and
that's why EVERYONE must send a missile to be counted.

Someone suggested a hotkey to send a form complaint to the current URL.
Sounds good to me !
