Not with SuSE, but it worked fine on my mongrel combination
of RH 4.2, 5.1, 6.2, and SuSE 6.x, and Mandrake 7.1.
After a bad SDRAM corrupted my hard drive, I reformatted
and installed a clean RH 6.2 yesterday.
***bad experience lesson: When upgrading or replacing memory on a
Linux box, ALWAYS run a bootable memtest86 floppy BEFORE booting
off the hard drive!
The problem I mentioned earlier on the list about the wild
mouse IN ARACHNE was simply a matter of going into
/etc/vga/libvga.config and setting everything properly.
HOWEVER, the problem of a wild mouse IN X-Windows, while
leaving an svga-lib Arachne open is still a VERY bad bug!
