   It is because the sender has given the attachments long file names
that are identical for the first 6/7 letters. When truncated by DOS, the
identity of each attachment shown to Insight is the same.

Work-round: Shell to DOS, edit the *.CNM file attachment names to
something fitting DOS' 8.3 file name system, and Insight shows them
under different names.
     Without that, clearing the cache and re-clicking on any one of the
attachments will always define which picture/txt/html/ZIP is used as the
file that matches the (shortened) DOS file name.

    It can be annoying, but it is a DOS thing, not an Arachne thing.  :(
